Owns nationwide towing and roadside assistance provider network growth, coverage, performance, and cost control. Recruits and contracts providers, manages territories, reduces out-of-network usage, monitors pricing and service quality, and develops corrective strategies. Leads the Network Management team, builds provider relationships, tracks performance metrics, and partners cross-functionally to improve coverage, capacity, retention, and cost per tow. Extensive travel throughout the United States is required.

Responsible for acquiring new business and managing existing towing and roadside service provider accounts. Builds and maintains provider networks, negotiates rates, monitors contract compliance, analyzes territory performance, addresses service gaps, and ensures adequate regional coverage. The role involves frequent communication, outbound outreach, account reviews, reporting, trade show participation, and up to 20% travel.
