Support Store Managers on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR policy. Own recruiting operations, candidate experience, onboarding, and reporting in Paycom. Monitor hiring metrics, recommend process improvements, assist with talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and conduct field visits to build partnerships with operational leaders.

Develop and grow contractor and builder accounts within a local territory through prospecting, job-site visits, take-offs/estimates, product recommendations, order management, and relationship-driven sales. Coordinate pricing, delivery, and collections while partnering with store and operations teams to meet sales goals.

Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; verify accuracy against POs and packing lists; maintain inventory accuracy through labeling, stocking, and cycle counts; communicate with vendors and internal teams; follow safety protocols and improve receiving processes.
