Support Clinical Field Specialists to drive market adoption and revenue growth in women's health by closing business with MFMs and OB/GYNs, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating logistics, supporting product launches, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Perform incoming reagent inspections, labeling, storage, and release; ensure equipment readiness; enter data into LIMS; follow GLP/GMP and HIPAA; escalate non-conformities; support continuous improvement, training, and cross-functional workflows with minimal supervision.

Provide timely expense performance analysis, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor and report departmental/project expenses, approve requisitions, support close and audit reporting, build scalable reporting processes, drive cost-reduction and process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining HIPAA/PHI compliance and required training.
