Owns new-logo sales for managed data, cloud, and AI services across the full sales cycle. Builds a territory and self-generated pipeline, conducts consultative discovery, develops commercial cases, shapes pricing and contracts, coordinates transitions, co-sells with AWS and Databricks, forecasts recurring revenue, and wins multi-year managed services agreements.

Build and operate scalable, multi-tenant platforms and cloud-native services for clients. Develop APIs, CLIs, SDKs, secure user-code execution systems, and infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments. Implement authentication, access control, reliability, monitoring, observability, backup and replication capabilities. Translate customer needs into technical solutions, mentor engineers, and guide incremental improvements. This is a remote six-month contract for a UK-based engineer.

Manages IT service cease and customer offboarding requests, ensuring connectivity services are terminated accurately, billing and internal costs are stopped, and contractual requirements are met. Uses ServiceNow to track requests, coordinates internal teams and vendors, handles technical escalations, validates termination dates and fees, maintains process documentation, supports training, and identifies automation and process improvements. The role requires MSP experience, network cancellation knowledge, ITSM familiarity, strong organization, customer communication, and understanding of IT infrastructure, ITIL, cybersecurity, and data protection.
