Lead Nasstar's ServiceNow/ITSM platform strategy and delivery, partnering with business leaders and MSPs to drive roadmap, governance, security, upgrades, integrations, AI/automation, and operational excellence across modules and environments.

Coordinate end-to-end provisioning of broadband and Ethernet services for UK customers: process orders, liaise with suppliers, escalate delays, update internal teams and customers, maintain records, support email/web chat interactions, and improve provisioning processes.

Own Databricks-centric presales: lead discovery, design Lakehouse reference architectures, run demos/POCs, produce RFPs/SOWs, and align Sales, Delivery, and Databricks partner teams to win data engineering, MLOps, and GenAI deals.
