Senior Business Analyst responsible for standardizing requirements elicitation, shaping product vision, managing backlogs, and writing user stories with testable acceptance criteria. The role collaborates with Product Owners, architects, engineers, QA, and stakeholders through discovery workshops and Agile ceremonies. It also supports product design, pre-sales activities, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing. Experience with digital transformation, Agile delivery, UML or BPMN modeling, and complex cloud or Databricks systems is valuable.

Partners with managers and leaders across the employee lifecycle, providing UK employment advice and handling employee relations, performance, organisational change, restructures, TUPE consultations, workforce planning, and contractor compliance including IR35. Promotes culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee experience while delivering management training, development programmes, and learning resources. Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People leadership in a remote-first environment with occasional London travel.

Leads complex, concurrent projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, governance, documentation, vendors, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees project forecasting, change control, reporting, and service transition while coordinating internal departments, customers, and third parties. Requires strong project management experience in a fast-paced managed service provider environment and familiarity with Microsoft technologies and delivery governance practices.
