Drive new logo acquisition (80%) and expand existing Nasstar accounts (20%) by leading consultative Microsoft Data & AI solution sales, collaborating with Microsoft sellers, managing end-to-end sales cycles, delivering presentations/demos, and executing go-to-market and account growth strategies.

Lead client-facing technology consulting and solution development for large, complex cloud, data, and AI transformations. Advise C-suite stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, shape Microsoft and AWS-powered roadmaps, develop value propositions, and guide commercial, technical, and delivery models. Direct solution teams, proposals, statements of work, peer reviews, and approvals while contributing to industry points of view and transformation methodologies. Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Foundry, cloud architecture, managed services, outsourcing, and agile and waterfall delivery is required.

Lead hands-on architecture, design, build, and delivery for complex Microsoft Azure client engagements. Own Azure technical standards, security baselines, tooling choices, quality assurance, presales, solution estimation, proposals, statements of work, and Microsoft partnership activities. Mentor and help grow the Azure capability without direct line-management responsibility. The role is remote within the UK but requires client and London office travel.
