Coordinates manufacturing planning, inventory replenishment, production scheduling, procurement, vendor relations, forecasting, warehouse capacity, and fulfillment support. Maintains inventory levels, optimizes replenishment loads, sequences production schedules, monitors product aging and losses, supports new product and promotional planning, and analyzes line capacity to identify sourcing needs. Collaborates across manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, sales, customer service, and operations teams to minimize delays and maintain supply continuity.

Perform general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost accounting, payroll entries, tax filings, audit support, and process improvements. The role requires collaboration with operations, advanced Excel skills, ERP experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP. This is a full-time onsite position in Hicksville, New York.

Manage customer accounts and collections, post payments, resolve billing discrepancies, release credit-held orders, perform credit checks, prepare aging reports, reconcile AR accounts, support monthly close, maintain financial records, and assist with rebate calculations. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and customer service skills in an on-site environment.
