Teams at Nasoya

Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, including pricing, inventory, fulfillment, invoices, returns, credits, and delivery tracking. Coordinate with production, warehouses, logistics teams, 3PL partners, sales, and demand planning to resolve issues and support product availability. Serve as the primary customer contact for order updates and discrepancies, maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance with food safety and labeling requirements.
