Eight-week, in-person accounting internship rotating through tax and audit departments. Interns receive training and hands-on experience preparing individual and business tax returns, completing Excel projects, preparing audit documentation, performing audit planning and testing, and reviewing financial statements. The role includes mentorship, client exposure, teamwork, and professional development while working Monday through Friday in Santa Barbara or Ventura, California.

Staff Accountant supporting tax, audit, and consulting engagements for clients while working toward CPA licensure. Responsibilities include applying accounting fundamentals, managing workloads, collaborating with senior staff and partners, communicating with clients, solving problems, and developing technical and interpersonal skills in a public accounting environment.

Manage or assist with public accounting audit engagements from start to finish, independently managing workloads and serving clients. Responsibilities include applying US GAAP and GAAS, coordinating multiple engagements, delivering timely client service, leading teams, communicating effectively, and supporting project management activities. The role offers minimal travel, flexible in-person or hybrid work, and opportunities for professional growth.
