Leads the Nashville Symphony’s grants portfolio from prospect research through reporting and stewardship. Oversees volunteer program and corporate sponsorship staff, manages funder and sponsor relationships, coordinates cross-departmental projects, maintains CRM and grant records, prepares reports, develops budgets, and produces proposals and stewardship communications. Supervises four development employees and supports institutional fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, compliance, and process improvement. The role is primarily in-office with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 Nashville Symphony donors giving $1,000-$5,000. Cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters; maintain CRM records; achieve a first-year fundraising goal of $250,000; identify upgrade and major-gift prospects; coordinate donor engagement with internal teams; provide pipeline reporting; and represent the Development Department at concerts and donor events, including evenings and weekends.
