Build, deploy, and operate production software for enterprise logistics customers. The role involves developing backend systems and integrations, extending delivery-orchestration infrastructure, launching products, debugging logistics workflows, and collaborating directly with customer engineering, operations, and leadership teams. The engineer will also partner with product and AI teams to shape the company’s North American engineering direction.

Design B2B logistics products for dispatchers, operations managers, and drivers across web and mobile. Conduct customer discovery, create rapid prototypes in Figma or code, design dense real-time operational interfaces, evolve the design system, develop AI-native workflows, run client demos, and collaborate closely with engineering and sales to ship validated solutions quickly.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across UK and European retail, grocery, pharmacy, quick commerce, and logistics accounts. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, develop C-level relationships, conduct operational discovery, shape solutions with product and engineering, manage procurement and security reviews, negotiate contracts, and close complex deals exceeding $1M ARR. Maintain disciplined CRM forecasting, provide market feedback, and help establish a repeatable regional enterprise sales motion.
