The Staff Infrastructure and Performance Engineer will enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of Nash's core infrastructure, focusing on aws-based systems, postgres performance, and multi-region deployments.

Ship, deploy, and operate production backend and integration systems for enterprise logistics. Work directly with customer engineering and ops, take products from concept to live, design core infrastructure, debug real-world workflows, and partner with product and AI teams to scale APAC deployments.

The Technical Customer Success Manager will own enterprise customer accounts, drive adoption and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer growth and success on Nash's platform.
