Build, deploy, and operate production software for enterprise logistics customers. The role involves developing core delivery orchestration infrastructure, integrating APIs and platforms, debugging fleet and logistics workflows, taking products from concept through deployment, and collaborating directly with customer engineering, operations, and executive teams. The engineer will also partner with product and AI teams to shape the company’s North American engineering strategy.

Design complex B2B logistics products for dispatchers, operations managers, and drivers across web and mobile. Conduct customer discovery, create rapid prototypes in Figma or code, design real-time operational interfaces, contribute to the design system, and develop AI-native workflows. Collaborate closely with engineering and sales, run client-facing demos, resolve implementation trade-offs, and ship validated product experiences quickly.

Own technical discovery, solution design, enterprise implementations, customer launches, adoption, performance, renewals, and regional customer success operations across Latin America. Lead integrations, configuration, training, go-live, stabilization, executive reviews, escalations, and product feedback. Establish Nash’s Latin America operating model while representing regional requirements to product and engineering teams. The role requires enterprise SaaS, logistics, or marketplace experience, technical troubleshooting ability, and fluent Spanish and English.
