Own design, rollout, and optimization of delivery workflows for strategic customers. Translate customer needs into scalable product configurations, drive product outcomes with engineering, manage high-impact implementations, troubleshoot with operations and delivery partners, and influence roadmap to improve delivery volume and reliability.

Lead product strategy and execution for Nash's logistics platform, integrating enterprise systems (OMS/WMS/TMS/POS) and AI models. Drive discovery, prioritize features, scope requirements, validate with customers, support launches, build enablement materials, and measure product impact to deliver operational value for large enterprise customers.

Own investigation, resolution, and escalation of complex platform and integration issues. Monitor Datadog alerts, coordinate P1 incidents, produce actionable escalations, document known patterns, and provide overflow delivery support for enterprise customers.
