Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support for the IT department, including triage and follow-up between users and technical staff, vendor and inventory management, onboarding/offboarding, basic troubleshooting, training support, and maintaining documentation and workflows.

Support the systems administrator in managing healthcare systems: monitor performance, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, perform routine maintenance and updates, document configurations, provide end-user technical support, assist on systems projects, and stay current on technologies.

Coordinate and document Home Health Aide assignments for an assigned caseload; notify patients, aides and agencies of schedule changes; review scheduling reports; accept referrals; handle complaints and communicate with management; participate in team conferences and quality improvement; maintain accurate records and protected health information.
