Teams at NASCAR

Manages accounting for contract-based revenue streams, including contract review, ASC 606 conclusions, monthly close, reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement. Oversees revenue data flow between Workday and connected systems, resolves discrepancies, maintains accounting policies, and provides financial analysis to cross-functional teams.

Coordinates NASCAR community impact programs focused on youth engagement, employee volunteerism, military and veteran initiatives, STEM, sustainability, and social responsibility. Manages nonprofit partnerships, race-weekend activations, event logistics, travel, communications, volunteer registration, participant experiences, program metrics, and impact reporting. Builds relationships with community and corporate partners while serving as an on-site representative at events.

Supports fundraising revenue goals through online auction management, fundraising events, donor research and engagement, volunteer coordination, and development reporting. Maintains donor records in the Aegis CRM, coordinates auction fulfillment and race-experience communications, assists with solicitation and stewardship activities, and supports Foundation events and at-track programs. The role also helps supervise interns and volunteers and requires occasional travel.
