Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects for Narvar's post-purchase platform, coordinating cross-functional teams, translating requirements into implementation plans, managing risks, timelines, scope changes, documentation, and post-go-live handoffs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Design and build high-correctness Rust services on critical platform paths, introduce Rust for safety and performance, own systems end-to-end from architecture to operations, reason about concurrency and async, improve reliability and observability, collaborate across polyglot stacks, and mentor engineers.

Own and evolve Narvar's data pipelines, platforms, and data products on GCP. Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT workflows, data models, and embedded analytics using BigQuery and Airflow. Improve data quality, observability, lineage, and prepare datasets for LLM/AI use cases while collaborating cross-functionally and driving architectural decisions.
