Lead technical onboarding and API integrations for enterprise customers. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop and validate web-based solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Contribute to Professional Services through documentation, process improvements, internal tools, and training programs.

Drive new business acquisition among enterprise eCommerce customers, build executive-level relationships, exceed revenue quotas, and close high-value SaaS opportunities. Apply expertise in post-purchase experiences, delivery protection, returns, order tracking, customer communications, and global supply chains. Manage consultative sales cycles involving enterprise deal sizes above $200,000 ARR while leveraging existing industry relationships and aligning solutions with complex client needs.

Build and maintain consumer-facing full-stack products, with a primary focus on React-based frontend development and a secondary focus on backend services. Develop reusable UI components, APIs, microservice integrations, and cloud infrastructure using technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, Golang, GCP, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Spanner, and BigQuery. Collaborate with product and design teams, uphold architecture and code quality standards, deploy solutions through CI/CD, and mentor other engineers.
