Supports company administration and facilities operations, including event planning, vendor coordination, budget monitoring, custody settlements, workspace needs, cleaning and buffet services, facilities team oversight, maintenance issues, visitor reception, new-hire onboarding support, meeting room arrangements, and administrative reporting.

Support daily treasury operations including cash management, bank transactions, reconciliations, and treasury reporting. Maintain treasury records in the ERP, coordinate with AP/AR/GL teams, assist cash forecasting, ensure compliance with policies, and respond to audit requests.

Promote and sell inland freight, transportation, and logistics services to key clients. Build long-term customer relationships, generate new business, negotiate contracts, manage high-value sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate internally to deliver solutions, provide market intelligence, represent the company at industry events, and mentor junior sales staff.
