Provide primary administrative support to faculty for research and teaching: process travel and expense claims, assist procurement and budgeting, maintain financial records, organize events, support course outline submissions via CMA, assist research centres, and support assessments and invigilation. Serve as main faculty contact and perform other tasks as assigned by ASU Lead.

Lead and manage the NTU-SBF Centre for African Studies: set strategy, build partnerships with African and Singaporean organizations, drive thought leadership with faculty, oversee governance, budgeting and operations, generate revenue and fundraising, and run outreach and events to expand the Centre's impact locally and internationally.

Manage and administer Years 3–5 examinations and assessment processes, maintain confidential assessment data, operate the examination system, support policy implementation and events, and participate in university and school activities.
