Leads strategic development, administration, governance, and delivery of MSc programmes. Responsibilities include curriculum reviews, examinations, academic agreements, financial and operational coordination, process improvement, student support, data analysis, performance monitoring, and cross-functional initiatives. The role also supports programme growth, strengthens student experience, and drives data-informed decision-making across the School’s lifelong learning portfolio.

Leads digital scholarship programs, reference management, academic integrity initiatives, and library learning services. Develops instructional frameworks and online resources, evaluates digital tools, delivers training, monitors emerging AI and scholarship trends, and builds partnerships to increase library service engagement. Supports undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing education learners across the university.

Manage the full lifecycle of a five-program energy research portfolio, including budgets, financial reporting, grant compliance, stakeholder coordination, governance meetings, progress and annual reports, KPI and milestone tracking, IP reporting, risk mitigation, and project closeout. The role coordinates NTU, NRF, A*STAR, ExxonMobil, and principal investigators while supervising a Project Officer.
