Build Nango’s developer infrastructure platform across backend services, APIs, runtimes, dashboards, SDKs, CLI, MCP, and web applications. Own product surfaces end to end, work directly with customers, shape product and technical roadmaps, design reliable systems, and maintain open-source projects. The role requires strong backend fundamentals, TypeScript experience across Node.js and React, product ownership, developer empathy, communication, and autonomy in a remote startup environment.

Work directly with customers through technical evaluations, implementation, production, and ongoing support. Lead customer calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives; build integrations, debug APIs and production systems, and ship full-stack product improvements. Translate customer needs into lasting product solutions, communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and influence the product roadmap through customer feedback.

Build and close Nango’s enterprise sales pipeline as its first enterprise seller. Own deals from prospecting through technical validation, contracting, and expansion. Sell to engineering, product, AI, and executive stakeholders; lead technical evaluations with engineers; develop champions, messaging, sales processes, and repeatable deal patterns; and relay customer and market insights to Product and Engineering.
