Teams at Nango

Build Nango’s customer success function by managing strategic developer-tool and technical SaaS accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Develop relationships with technical users and executives, identify use cases and adoption risks, resolve customer blockers with Engineering, and create scalable playbooks for serving more than 700 customers. Track customer health, retention, and growth while partnering closely with the founders.

Own and scale Nango’s cloud platform, including compute, networking, data infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, and GitOps. Lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, productize provisioning and upgrades, establish SLOs and incident processes, operate PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse, and oversee infrastructure security and compliance. Help shape product strategy while supporting a remote-first, autonomous engineering team.

Design and scale backend systems, APIs, and services for Nango’s open-source developer infrastructure platform. Build APIs, SDKs, UIs, and runtime systems, optimize performance and reliability, solve integration challenges with customers, shape the roadmap, and maintain the open-source repository. The role requires strong ownership, product thinking, developer empathy, communication, and autonomy in a remote-first startup environment.
