Supports NANA shareholders with employment preparation, career development, resumes, records, and workforce resources. Coordinates with internal departments, educational organizations, and community partners; tracks shareholder employment data and program outcomes. Provides elder and youth outreach, maintains community resources, manages office needs, and supports shareholder employment initiatives. The role requires confidentiality, independent work, strong communication, problem-solving, and up to 25% travel, including transportation to remote locations.

Provides reception, customer service, visitor screening, mail and conference room coordination, general office and executive support, procurement, records management, HR and shareholder assistance, and basic IT request coordination. Maintains confidentiality, supports facility safety and security procedures, processes invoices and forms, assists with onboarding, and coordinates office supplies, packages, workspaces, and on-call staff.

Provides end-user technical support, software installation, desktop configuration, account management, and basic network administration. Maintains operating systems, applications, endpoint security, virtualization and storage environments, documentation, licenses, and equipment inventory. Troubleshoots Windows, macOS, Linux, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, and connectivity issues while coordinating escalations with network and NOC teams. Requires on-call availability, travel to remote job sites, and strong communication skills.
