As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead HR initiatives, support recruitment, mentor staff, analyze workforce data, and ensure compliance in HR practices while collaborating with senior management.

Perform routine in vitro test article preparation and testing per SOPs, maintain cell lines/reagents and lab records, conduct environmental monitoring and operate equipment, draft technical documents, ensure GMP/GLP compliance, respond to alarms, and support quality and workflow improvements.

Supervises the Global Client Success team, coordinates workloads, develops training programs, oversees help desk functions, and monitors team KPIs to enhance client experience with laboratory submissions.
