Teams at NAMSA

Prepare and submit client invoices, process credit card payments, conduct routine collections, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain accounts receivable records, route cases, and assist with reconciliations, aging reviews, month-end activities, audits, and process improvements. The role requires accurate, timely work, professional client communication, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Develops and executes sales strategies for NAMSA’s Clinical and Consulting portfolio, manages key accounts and territories, builds client relationships, secures new business, leads business reviews, recommends pricing, maintains CRM data, and collaborates with sales, operations, leadership, and marketing. Requires technical B2B sales experience, preferably selling clinical consulting or CRO services to medical device companies. Travel up to 50% is required.
