NAMSA Benefits Overview

Develops and executes sales strategies for NAMSA’s Clinical and Consulting portfolio, manages key accounts and territories, builds client relationships, secures new business, leads business reviews, recommends pricing, maintains CRM data, and collaborates with sales, operations, leadership, and marketing. Requires technical B2B sales experience, preferably selling clinical consulting or CRO services to medical device companies. Travel up to 50% is required.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead HR initiatives, support recruitment, mentor staff, analyze workforce data, and ensure compliance in HR practices while collaborating with senior management.

Manages client onboarding, portal adoption, help desk cases, and ongoing relationships. Coordinates client requests across sales, laboratory operations, and study teams while ensuring timely communication and service delivery. Tracks KPIs, maintains Salesforce data integrity, analyzes client feedback, and recommends improvements. Troubleshoots technical issues and supports submission, proposal, complaint, and feedback inquiries.
