Manage nursing department schedules to ensure appropriate staffing based on budget and census; handle staff and applicant calls, address call-ins, assist attendance recordkeeping, and support administration directives.

Provides direct, resident-centered nursing care under RN direction in a long-term care setting. Administers medications and treatments, documents clinical care, participates in care planning, assists in admissions/discharges, communicates with physicians and families, and supports medication management and safety.
