Supports Finance and Accounting operations through journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable, accruals, budgeting, cash forecasting, tax filings, audit support, and internal controls. The role also maintains vendor and customer records, reviews transactions and expense reports, supports intercompany accounting, and serves as backup for other accounting functions. This is an on-site position requiring a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of accounting experience, and occasional travel.

Develops, optimizes, and sustains composite manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense programs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, improving safety, quality, throughput, and cost, designing tooling and fixtures, documenting work instructions, supporting equipment qualification, maintaining CNC and assembly processes, and applying FMEA, GD&T, CAD, AS9100, and NADCAP standards. The role collaborates across engineering, quality, and operations and provides technical leadership on integrated product teams.

Manages all HR functions across two manufacturing facilities, including employee relations, recruiting, training, policies, attendance, benefits, compensation, compliance, safety, workers’ compensation, reporting, and HR metrics. Advises management, administers employee programs, maintains OSHA and incident records, coordinates emergency responsibilities, and supports company events and projects. Requires approximately 25% travel between locations and other sites.
