Conduct all-source intelligence analysis of foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, weapon systems, and military capabilities in the Western Hemisphere. Produce strategic assessments, written products, and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders. Apply intelligence community and combatant command knowledge, analytic tradecraft standards, and defense industry expertise to assess research, acquisition, testing, production, and sustainment activities.

Conduct HUMINT targeting and analysis to support defense mission outcomes. Use specialized computer-based intelligence tools, write cables, develop network diagrams, and apply knowledge of the Department of War and broader Intelligence Community. Brief senior decision-makers and navigate complex federal mission sets. An active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to complete a polygraph are required.

Develops and supports foundational services used across EPD applications while serving as a subject matter expert. Provides training and support to two mid-level developers, implements classification rollup and need-to-know handling, manages cross-domain transfer processes, and reviews server logs and consoles to triage and debug onsite. The role requires extensive full-stack development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, databases, caching, search platforms, containers, and CI/CD tools in a hybrid SCIF environment.
