Conduct all-source C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis supporting dynamic intelligence requirements. Analyze military C4I organizations, systems, processes, technologies, and networks; identify vulnerabilities; track foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT unit deployments; and produce intelligence deliverables and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Provides all-source intelligence analysis, production, and briefing support on foreign defense industries, weapon systems, equipment, facilities, and production capabilities. Develops strategic assessments and written products for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders while applying intelligence-community tradecraft, publication standards, and analytic frameworks.

Analyzes multi-source intelligence to assess cyber threats, adversary capabilities, and national security developments. Supports collection, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence requirements. Produces written intelligence products and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders while applying intelligence-cycle methods and ICD 203 tradecraft standards. The role requires knowledge of IT infrastructure, cyber actors, the intelligence community, and combatant command environments.
