The Infrastructure Engineer will build and enhance cloud infrastructure for NALA, ensuring high availability and security, improving developer experience and incident response, while collaborating with engineering teams on new services and platform improvements.

Founding Managing Director to establish and lead NALA’s Belgian licensed entity, act as primary regulatory anchor with the NBB and FSMA, build EU hub governance and local team, drive PSD3/DORA/PSR compliance and operational resilience, and translate regulatory credibility into commercial partnerships across EU corridors.

Lead and run NALA's FX trading desk across frontier markets, owning P&L, managing risk and liquidity relationships, designing hedging strategies, partnering with Product and Engineering to automate pricing, and building a high-performing trading team aligned with compliance and treasury.
