Design, own, and scale NALA's EU AML/CFT program (policies, controls, governance). Act as designated AMLCO, manage regulatory relationships, oversee transaction monitoring/sanctions/PEP systems, lead SAR/STR reporting, and prepare the company for AMLA and EU passporting.

Lead the AML/CFT compliance framework for Belgium, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting safe growth in international remittances. Oversee investigations, act as a liaison with regulators, and provide strategic advice on compliance-related matters.

The Growth Manager will execute growth strategies to acquire new users in Ghana, focusing on campaign management, partnerships, and community engagement.
