Provides strategic guidance to U.S. government officials on global technology, AI, education, and child-protection policy. Evaluates emerging technologies, tracks international regulations and standards, develops technology partnership strategies, coordinates with federal agencies and OSTP, and produces technical assessments, research reports, feasibility analyses, briefings, and stakeholder summaries.

Leads global health systems transition and health financing strategies for Department of State-supported programs. Develops financing frameworks, metrics, policy papers, country profiles, monitoring reports, and recommendations that advance partner-government ownership and sustainability. Advises senior Department and Embassy leaders, engages governments, donors, multilateral institutions, private-sector and pharmaceutical stakeholders, and supports policies related to health systems integration, resource efficiency, and global health programming.
