Own post-sales journey for enterprise customers: lead onboarding and technical implementation, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, manage account strategy and retention, engage executives, collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and advocate customer needs to influence product direction and expansion.

Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud, multi-region infrastructure and platform services. Automate infrastructure with IaC, operate Kubernetes and observability systems, manage data pipelines, and ensure security, reliability, and scalability while advising R&D teams and troubleshooting complex networking and platform issues.
