Source, develop and commercialise fabrics, trims and suppliers partnering with Design, Product Development and Garment Tech. Manage supplier relationships, critical path milestones, fabric/trim testing and compliance (REACH, Prop 65), and support onboarding and quality standards to deliver premium collections.

Lead end-to-end luxury womenswear product development, translating creative vision into production-ready designs. Create technical packs/CADs, manage fittings, suppliers, costing, critical path and quality. Mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and support Founder & Creative Director to deliver commercially successful seasonal collections.

Coordinates end-to-end fashion, campaign, and content productions from creative brief through final asset delivery. Responsibilities include production planning, schedules, call sheets, freelancer and supplier bookings, rate negotiation, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, product samples, shoot logistics, on-set support, post-production workflows, asset handover, and cross-functional communication. The role also identifies risks, manages production records, and provides occasional campaign research and creative deck support.
