Leads analytics, data architecture, outcomes measurement, health economics and outcomes research, ROI modeling, governance, and client reporting. Manages a multidisciplinary data team and partners with Engineering, Product, executives, and payer stakeholders to translate clinical and financial evidence into actionable decisions. Oversees accurate, repeatable analyses and communicates findings through dashboards, white papers, presentations, and impact briefs.

Leads day-to-day IT support and operations for a distributed team, serving as the primary escalation point. Owns onboarding and offboarding, IAM, access reviews, endpoint management through Intune, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, device logistics, automation, documentation, and HIPAA-related security compliance. Supports Windows and macOS users, resolves tickets within SLAs, maintains audit-ready records, and partners with the CISO on access and security matters.

Provides bilingual, culturally sensitive pregnancy and postpartum education and support to expectant and new mothers across Central Maryland. Builds trusting relationships, conducts virtual and in-person visits, documents care interactions, connects members with community resources, escalates clinical concerns, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and supports mothers through calls and messaging.
