Analyzes sales and inventory reports to guide reorders and manages multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining strong customer service and relationships.

Leads daily fulfillment, kitting, picking, packing, shipping, and outbound distribution operations. Oversees supervisors and frontline staff, manages staffing and labor resources, monitors safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost KPIs, and drives continuous improvement. Coaches leadership teams, resolves operational issues, maintains customer service levels, supports budgeting, and communicates risks and performance to senior leadership.
