The New Business Development Executive is responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and qualifying leads for the Head of New Business.

Support Sales Consultants by managing orders from placement through delivery, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee inventory, run month-end reports, assist with website and fulfillment tasks, prepare client materials, and provide high-quality customer service while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Manage financial reconciliation and reporting for e-commerce and company store programs. Prepare client-facing reconciliation reports, maintain schedules, analyze transactions, manage escrow/prepaid funds, and liaise with clients, sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate inventory and financial reporting.
