Lead renewable energy projects from late-stage development through final investment decision, ready-to-build, construction, commissioning, and commercial operation. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, procurement, financing coordination, stakeholder interfaces, HSE, quality, contractors, and operational handover. The description also includes project finance modelling, valuation, investment analysis, M&A support, and strategic portfolio modelling responsibilities.

Supports the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, pipeline management, interview coordination, onboarding, employer branding, university relationships, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives. The intern will liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners while gaining practical experience in talent acquisition within an international renewable energy company.

Build and maintain project finance models for wind, solar, and storage projects; perform debt sizing, valuation, sensitivity analysis, and strategic portfolio modelling. Prepare investment cases for senior management and the Investment Committee, support M&A transactions, challenge commercial and financing assumptions, and improve modelling standards. The role requires independent model building from blank workbooks and contributes to group business planning and long-term valuation analysis.
