Collaborates with program and finance teams to track milestones, expenditures, deadlines, and grant records while ensuring adherence to funder and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate international shipments of machines, components, and spare parts from dispatch through delivery. Manage customs documentation, inventory records, carrier communications, vendor invoice verification, discrepancy resolution, cost tracking, operational documentation, and administrative workflows. The role requires strong organization, independent task ownership, professional communication, spreadsheet proficiency, and familiarity with international shipping and EU import/export procedures.

Own FDNA’s growth marketing function across SEO, AI answer visibility, paid acquisition, parenting communities, social media, and influencer partnerships. Manage Google Ads, content strategy, privacy-safe tracking, funnel measurement, contractors, and clinical/legal review. Build credible, compliant campaigns for parents and clinicians while optimizing acquisition quality and product engagement.
