Lead marine and operational technology projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Develop project plans, monitor progress, coordinate equipment deliveries and factory acceptance tests, facilitate technical solutions, and conduct milestone reviews. Ensure compliance with quality and cybersecurity requirements, assess design changes, resolve issues, and support successful delivery across international projects.

Own cybersecurity architecture for maritime OT products, developing security roadmaps and embedding requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Translate OT standards and class-society regulations into engineering guidance, evaluate security tools and COTS products, oversee compliance and testing, and advise international development teams, product owners, customers, and stakeholders on product security.

Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, system, release, and hardware testing for maritime automation products. Design and maintain test cases, configure Windows and Linux lab environments, install firmware, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, track defects in Azure DevOps, document results, and support release readiness and continuous testing improvements.
