Build the sales organization from scratch through hiring, onboarding, tooling, processes, and compensation design. Develop relationships across CPA, legal, audit, compliance, and technology organizations while translating customer feedback into product strategy and establishing a scalable sales culture.

Own the full sales cycle for Nace AI’s OCR product, from qualification and technical demos through negotiation, closing, onboarding handoff, and expansion. Partner with the CEO on pricing and deal strategy, develop outbound sales into target financial and technical segments, manage CRM and forecasting, coordinate proof-of-concepts, refine the ICP, and build the company’s foundational sales playbook.
