Build scalable low-latency inference (vLLM, batching, autoscaling), multi-GPU training/serving clusters, observability and monitoring, inference-time optimizations (quantization, distillation), reproducibility, versioning, and enterprise-grade auditability. Set MLOps best practices and standards.

Lead program management for product development: plan and track deliverables, run cadences, build roadmaps and dependency maps, surface and resolve risks, coordinate launches, and communicate progress between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
