Provides health, safety, security, and environmental support for rig operations and subcontractors. Assists with regulatory compliance, HSE inspections, audits, training, behavior-based safety, job safety analyses, permits, investigations, corrective actions, emergency response, and environmental assessments. Mentors employees on critical tasks, may stop unsafe work, communicates with drilling leadership, and serves as a liaison with customers and contractors. Requires frequent travel, overnight stays, and a 28/28 work schedule.

Supports drilling rig floor operations by preparing work areas, inspecting and operating casing-handling tools, assisting the driller and crew, rigging equipment, handling materials, maintaining pumps and solids-control equipment, cleaning and lubricating machinery, and following rig safety procedures. Requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, shift flexibility, communication skills, a driver’s license, and residence within one hour of the work location.

Provide engineering and technical support for land drilling operations, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal standards. Assist with contracts, bids, rig activation, maintenance cost analysis, process and equipment improvements, and special projects. Coordinate with districts, vendors, customers, and Engineering and Technical Services and attend required meetings.
