Supports banking projects and initiatives focused on customer experience, controls, risk management, process improvement, and new ways of working. Responsibilities include business analysis, project planning and delivery, reporting, process documentation, risk registers, training materials, rollout plans, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The role also maintains process maps, work instructions, SharePoint pages, and control documentation while providing ad hoc project and business analysis support.

Supports portfolio management through administration, reporting, data requests, portfolio hygiene, and commercial property lease consent activities. Prepares portfolio exposure reports and assists with related administrative work. The role requires strong financial services experience, particularly in banking operations, lending, account maintenance, payment lifecycle management, payment tracing, investigations, and resolving customer enquiries.

Supports international trade finance operations and payment practices while monitoring risk, assurance requirements, and non-compliance. Ensures adherence to external legislation, bank standards, and internal policies. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, ethical judgment, and a proactive commitment to continuous learning.
