Leads the Process Management Center of Excellence across Enterprise Operations, embedding process standards, governance, controls, risk management, work-instruction quality, and knowledge management. The role provides strategic and people leadership, drives process maturity and continuous improvement, supports change governance, delivers executive reporting, strengthens operational resilience, and develops team capability through coaching and accreditation.

Lead the architecture, design, modernization, and hands-on engineering of NAB’s PRISM platform. Provide technical leadership across multiple squads, develop scalable enterprise integrations, APIs, microservices, and workflow automation, and ensure security, resilience, compliance, observability, and operational supportability. Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders, manage technical risks, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers while modernizing legacy banking platforms.

Lead technology strategy and domain architecture for business areas, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Design scalable cloud, microservices, API, and event-driven solutions; guide modernization, integration, roadmaps, technical debt, standards, and build-versus-buy decisions. Mentor engineering teams, oversee implementation and reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and align service boundaries, backlogs, and architecture with business and technology strategies.
