Perform steel guitar nightly for a 350-guest luau, share Hawaiian music and aloha, maintain on-stage presence, attend rehearsals, practice songs, collaborate with musicians, keep areas tidy, lift up to 30 lbs, communicate with guests and staff, accept feedback and complete duties assigned by managers.

Perform and demonstrate Hawaiian cultural arts and crafts and dance for nightly audiences, prepare costumes and implements, engage guests with public speaking, attend rehearsals and training, maintain on-stage presence and professionalism, and follow direction from line captains and managers.
