Engineers are expected to take product ownership, contribute to knowledge sharing, write well-tested and documented code, and work effectively in a hybrid Barcelona or Berlin environment.

Lead affiliate and influencer marketing growth in Spain by developing strategy, managing partner relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, optimizing performance, analyzing acquisition and retention data, and overseeing reporting, attribution, compliance, and payouts. Drive additional growth through co-marketing, social collaborations, offline campaigns, events, and experimental initiatives. The role requires Spanish and English fluency, strong analytical skills, and experience scaling partnerships.

Coordinates anti-financial crime operations for the French MLRO function. Reviews AML-CFT investigations, complex cases, sanctions screening, enhanced due diligence, authority requests, and suspicious activity reports. Acts as Declarant Tracfin, ensures SAR quality, guides AFC and KYC analysts, supports customer communications, and improves local procedures in line with French and European financial crime regulations.
