Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, improve customer journeys, maintain processes, and achieve CRM KPIs. Requires strong HTML, A/B testing, CRM tooling, communication, project management, and multitasking skills.

Lead CRM engagement and retention through 50% operational campaign execution and automation, and 50% strategic campaign planning. Build and maintain multi-channel campaigns and automated workflows, run A/B tests, collaborate with data teams, report on KPIs, and drive targeted, data-driven initiatives to boost retention and reactivation.
