Lead ownership and evolution of ServiceNow and related governance platforms, design secure, auditable integrations with IAM, asset and security tooling, improve data consistency across asset/process/risk domains, define technical standards and health metrics, advocate engineering best practices, and mentor engineers to strengthen operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

The role involves leading Workday Financials configuration, managing release cycles, improving technology integration, and supporting data management within finance departments.

Lead N26's retail lending vertical, owning strategy, roadmap, and P&L for consumer loans, overdrafts and instalments. Build and manage a 4-6 person leadership team, partner with Engineering, Credit, Data Science and Operations to drive product adoption, growth, and compliant, data-driven lending decisions.
