Supports financial crime operations by compiling KPI and SLA metrics, preparing dashboards and leadership reports, checking data accuracy, maintaining SOPs, tracking workflows and workforce data, coordinating governance activities, and organizing audit documentation. The role also assists with process improvement initiatives, follow-ups, and cross-functional operational coordination across Fraud, Sanctions, and Financial Crime teams.
