Gather and document business requirements, create specifications and user stories, coordinate customers and development teams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, improve business processes, and support project delivery and issue resolution. The role requires financial services experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, stakeholder management, data analysis, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, BPMN, SQL, and ERP systems.

Lead and mentor full-stack engineers while directing architecture, technical strategy, coding, testing, and DevOps deployment. Develop scalable Java and React applications using microservices, cloud, containers, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and XP practices. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, establish engineering standards, remain hands-on with development and remote pairing, and oversee the full software development lifecycle.

Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces and user-facing products using PHP, JavaScript, and React. The engineer will fix existing bugs, build new features, optimize performance, support API and database integrations, implement analytics and A/B testing, collaborate with product and design teams, document development processes, and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
