Lead, mentor, and manage data engineering teams while owning people development and hiring. Drive data architecture, technical delivery, and hands-on engineering leadership across Azure-based data platforms. Manage clients and senior stakeholders and support team growth.

Manage key relationships with quick commerce platforms, including onboarding, product catalog setup, pricing, availability, replenishment, promotions, campaigns, and performance reporting. Track SKU-level inventory, sales, ratings, visibility, and advertising metrics to identify revenue opportunities. Coordinate with platform contacts, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to support fulfillment, expansion, and customer experience across cities and dark-store clusters.

Owns and grows Databricks and other technology partnerships, driving partner-led pipeline, revenue, joint go-to-market initiatives, executive engagement, QBRs, governance, enablement, certifications, and performance tracking. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Solution Architecture, and leadership teams to identify joint opportunities and strengthen strategic alliances.
