Teams at MyVA Support (MYVAS)

Supports HR operations and contractor management for a remote organization, including onboarding, records, payroll preparation, training, performance reviews, client feedback, recruitment interviews, candidate coordination, and operational follow-ups. Maintains data across Zoho systems and spreadsheets, tracks deadlines and KPIs, prepares documentation, improves workflows, and escalates decisions requiring management approval. Requires advanced English, strong Spanish communication, interview experience, organizational skills, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Assist with project planning, coordination, budgeting, timelines, stakeholder communication, risk and issue resolution, and process documentation. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, independent and collaborative work, familiarity with project management principles and methodologies, and proficiency with Google Suite. This is a remote independent-contractor position limited to candidates based in Latin America.

Monitors call center quality policies, coaches agents, analyzes call drivers, produces performance reports, supports calibration and improvement plans, flags suspicious behavior, screens recruitment candidates, and schedules interviews.
