Run and protect the delivery rhythm for Infrastructure and Security teams: facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain and communicate the team roadmap, triage stakeholder requests, surface delivery risks, support transitional access management operations, and assist the Engineering Manager with cross-functional communication and reporting.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA to ensure reliability, security, and observability. Implement API-first workflows (OpenAPI/FastAPI), improve database schemas and migrations, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers. Contribute to CI/CD, documentation, and platform architecture.
