Teams at Mystic Seaport Museum

Manage all reservation operations across museum admissions, programs, tours, events, cruises, and rentals. Serve as Tessitura superuser, supervise a Reservations Specialist, process bookings/payments, build reports and dashboards, coordinate with departments, track grants/scholarships, maintain SOPs, and recommend process improvements to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Serve as Mate aboard the classic sailing yacht BRILLIANT: assist the captain with vessel operation, teaching sail-training programs for teens and adults, perform and manage maintenance (including wooden yacht finish work), manage volunteers and vendors, stand in as vessel commander when captain absent, and maintain safety, professionalism, and program representation for the Mystic Seaport Museum.

Perform general shipboard duties on the historic steamboat Sabino: cleaning, maintenance, line handling, passenger assistance, and delivering harbor tours while ensuring vessel and passenger safety.
