Designs and leads customer-facing hybrid cloud, storage, and backup architectures for Azure-based managed services. Responsibilities include standardizing multi-tenant platforms, maintaining production systems, resolving complex escalations, leading incident response, improving reliability and cost efficiency, supporting presales and customer advisory engagements, and mentoring engineers. The role requires extensive Dell storage and backup expertise, Azure experience, architecture leadership, and participation in 24/7 managed service operations.

Leads enterprise Lean Six Sigma process improvement, systems governance, application and automation portfolio management, M&A technology due diligence, KPI and EBITDA performance tracking, and continuous improvement training. Maps processes and integrations, facilitates cross-functional governance, evaluates change impacts, develops roadmaps, validates benefits, and coaches Yellow and Green Belts while driving adoption and measurable operational improvements.

Coordinates RFP, RFI, RFQ, and bid responses from solicitation review through submission. Develops compliance matrices, response plans, schedules, and content assignments; coordinates cross-functional contributors; writes, edits, and consolidates proposal materials; manages reviews, approvals, version control, reusable content libraries, and post-submission activities. The role also tracks deadlines and outcomes and supports related contracts, compliance, and security documentation.
