Manages co-marketing programs with technology partners across cloud, AI, and XaaS. Owns MDF funding lifecycle, incentive and rebate programs, partner portals, campaign execution, co-branded content, timelines, budgets, compliance, and ROI reporting. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, Alliances, Engineering, demand generation, and brand teams to support revenue objectives, sales enablement, pipeline growth, and quarterly business reviews.

Serves as a senior escalation point and technical owner for customer infrastructure and end-user environments. Supports Microsoft 365, identity, Windows endpoints, virtualization, servers, networking, VDI, backup, and related platforms. Designs endpoint images and automated deployments, manages device lifecycles, documents incidents and technical standards in ServiceNow, supports infrastructure projects, coordinates vendors, mentors junior technicians, and drives automation, standardization, and service improvements.

Supports project and program managers in coordinating client-facing technology projects from initiation through closeout. Maintains schedules, documentation, risks, dependencies, budgets, financial records, dashboards, and status reports. Coordinates meetings, stakeholders, vendors, resources, logistics, communications, and project handoffs. Identifies risks and information gaps, escalates issues, supports resolution, and ensures audit-ready records and complete closeout documentation. Contributes to PMO process improvements while managing multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
