Owns full accounting operations for a construction and clean-energy company, including month-end close, financial reporting, job costing, WIP and earned-revenue accounting under ASC 606, payroll oversight, internal controls, compliance, and multi-entity accounting. The Controller manages accounting staff and external vendors, supports bonding and lender reporting, oversees construction ERP processes, and leads financial systems improvement, process design, and implementation.

Provides administrative, compliance, procurement, documentation, and project support for construction operations. Tracks prevailing wage and union requirements, purchase orders, vendor certifications, invoices, inventory, safety documentation, and project closeout materials. Coordinates with project managers, logistics teams, site superintendents, vendors, and accounts payable while maintaining project management systems, monitoring deadlines, resolving documentation gaps, and handling confidential information.
