Own monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP reporting, manage close processes, oversee Israeli tax and regulatory filings, coordinate auditors and tax advisors, and manage the Accounts Payable team. The Controller will strengthen internal controls and financial processes, coordinate with operations and logistics, and support the scaling of a global technology company.

Sell MyHeritage products to customers worldwide through phone-based B2C sales. The role requires fluent English, previous sales experience, self-motivation, independence, and the ability to learn quickly. Telemarketing experience is advantageous. The position offers flexible shifts, hybrid work, benefits, and an office-based role in Tel Aviv or Or Yehuda.

Engage with paying customers requesting subscription refunds, understand their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to retain them. Promote longer-term subscription options while delivering empathetic customer support. The role requires fluent English, strong communication, sales or retention experience, problem-solving ability, independence, and proactive motivation.
