Translate business goals into priorities and resource plans, connect influencer results to growth KPIs, improve team efficiency, coach team members, and coordinate with Paid, Brand, Finance, Legal, and Creative teams.

Lead MyFitnessPal’s brand marketing strategy and campaigns from planning through launch and measurement. Own brand guidelines, campaign calendars, budgets, KPIs, and consumer insights while managing creative and media agencies. Develop briefs, oversee production across paid and owned channels, ensure brand consistency, evaluate performance, and translate analytics into recommendations. Train teams and partners on brand standards and AI-assisted review processes, while presenting results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead MyFitnessPal’s product analytics practice and team, advising the Chief Product Officer and senior leaders through actionable data insights. Define product metrics, oversee experimentation, analyze customer and marketing behavior, improve instrumentation and data infrastructure, and shape product strategy, roadmaps, engagement, and retention. This hands-on director role combines executive communication, team development, analytical leadership, and direct analysis across consumer iOS and Android applications.
