Lead client implementations of data warehouse, business intelligence, and data integration solutions using Oracle and related cloud platforms. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop ETL and data pipelines, integrate cloud and on-premise data sources, and implement NSAW best practices. Serve as a trusted advisor, conduct client training and technical workshops, mentor resources, and contribute to internal initiatives while supporting the expansion of the India consulting practice.

Administer, optimize, integrate, and enhance the NetSuite ERP platform across North America. Responsibilities include configuration, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, troubleshooting, system integrations, requirements analysis, solution deployment, documentation, user training, performance monitoring, compliance, and collaboration with global IT teams and vendors.

Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of enterprise business systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, fulfillment, and multi-channel operations. Lead NetSuite ERP product direction, integrations with EDI, WMS, 3PL, and downstream systems, requirements gathering, UAT, releases, and change management. Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, purchasing, invoicing, and scalability.
